摘　　要：针对现有烧结矿物质烧结设备上料比较麻烦且不够均匀,影响烧结效果的问题,从包括导轨、导轨小车、导槽座、滑座、导槽、电机一、螺杆、电机二、主动带轮、皮带、从动带轮、主动辊轮、支撑板、连接座、加料座、加料槽、滑槽、阀板、锁紧螺钉、从动辊轮和传送带研究设计了一种烧结矿均质烧结设备,解决了现有设备在生产中存在的问题,从而保证了烧结矿的烧结效果。In view of,a sinter homogenization sintering equipment is designed from the following aspects:guide rail,guide car,guide slot seat,slide seat,guide slot,motor 1,screw,motor 2,drive pulley,belt,driven pulley,drive roller,support plate,connecting seat,charging seat,charging slot,slide,valve plate,locking screw,driven roller and conveyor belt.It solves the problem the above shortcomings in the existing technology in production of the equipment,thus improving the sintering effect of sinter.
