摘 要:为遏制矿井因采掘深度延伸而导致的回采工作面局部瓦斯涌出量增大的问题,采用顶板高位钻孔方法对主采的3号煤层回采工作面进行了裂隙带瓦斯抽采,通过对回采工作面采空区“三带”的数值模拟分析,得出该矿回采工作面采空区垮落带高度16.5 m,裂隙带高度16.5~57.2 m。通过现场实践,施工的顶板高位钻孔有效解决了工作面瓦斯涌出导致的超限问题,上隅角瓦斯浓度由治理前的0.7%降至0.26%,回风流瓦斯浓度由治理前的0.6%降至措施后的0.15%,措施的实施有效保障了工作面的安全生产。In order to curb the increase of local gas emission in the working face caused by the extension of mining depth,the roof high level drilling method is used to conduct gas extraction in the fracture zone of the main mining face of Coal Seam 3.Through the numerical simulation analysis of the"three zones"in the goaf of the mining face,it is concluded that the height of the caving zone in the goaf of the mining face is 16.5 m,and the height of the fracture zone is 16.5~57.2 m.Through field practice,the construction of the roof high level drilling effectively solved the problem of exceeding the limit caused by the gas emission from the working face.The gas concentration in the upper corner decreased from 0.7%before the treatment to 0.26%,and the gas concentration in the return air flow decreased from 0.6%before the treatment to 0.15%after the treatment.The implementation of the measures effectively guaranteed the safe production of the working face.
