摘　　要：目的 构建医疗设备维护决策模型,为医疗机构各类医疗设备选择适当的维护策略提供科学依据。方法 选取影响医疗设备维护决策的关键指标,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立医疗设备重要性模型,确定各主准则层和子准则层指标的相对权重,并计算医疗设备的重要性评分和维护转化评分(TSV),最后与预先设定的TSV阈值进行比较,即可得到医疗设备的维护策略。结果 将该模型应用于某三级综合医院的40台典型医疗设备的维护决策中,对设备进行重要性评价并根据得到的TSV确定相应的维护策略。结论 基于AHP的医疗设备维护决策模型可为设备的维护策略提供有效依据。Objective The decision model of medical equipment maintenance was constructed to provide scientific basis for medical institutions to choose appropriate maintenance strategies for various medical equipment.Methods With selection of the key indicators that affect the maintenance decision of medical equipment and establishment the importance model of medical equipment by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the relative weights of indicators at each main criteria level and sub-criteria level were determined,and the importance score and maintenance conversion score(transformed score value,TSV)of medical equipment were calculated.Finally,the maintenance strategy of medical equipment can be obtained by comparing with the pre-set TSV threshold.Results With the model applied to the maintenance decision of 40 typical medical equipment in a tertiary general hospital,the importance of the equipment was evaluated,and the corresponding maintenance strategy was determined according to the obtained TSV.Conclusion The effective basis for equipment maintenance strategy can be provided by the medical equipment maintenance decision model based on AHP.
