摘　　要：为推动公立医院高质量发展,实现医疗设备质量控制管理的标准化、规范化,该研究从管理标准、人员准入、操作培训等方面调研目前医学装备管理中存在的问题,并从采购验收环节、临床应用环节、运维保障环节等方面提出改进建议,旨在借助规范化、科学化的质量控制管理方法和持续改进的闭环管理理念,保障医疗设备的质量控制安全,提高社会效益和经济效益。In order to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and realize the standardization and standardization of the quality control management of medical equipment,the study investigated the existing problems in the management of medical equipment from the aspects of management standards,personnel access,operation training,etc.,and put forward improvement suggestions from the aspects of procurement acceptance,clinical application,operation and maintenance support,aiming at using standardization The scientific quality control management method and continuous improvement closed-loop management concept ensure the quality control safety of medical equipment and improve social and economic benefits.
