摘　　要：目的 探讨医用新型下肢约束带在急诊重症监护室(EICU)连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年12月北京市海淀医院EICU收治的96例因治疗需要采取保护性约束措施的CRRT患者的临床资料,其中2018年1月至2019年12月收治的48例作为对照组,2020年1月至2021年12月收治的48例作为观察组。对照组使用腕部约束带,观察组则使用医用新型下肢约束带,比较两组约束效果。结果 观察组肢体挣脱、坠床、皮肤损伤发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组非计划性拔管率、血液透析机报警率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医用新型下肢约束带的应用效果显著,可有效减少肢体挣脱、坠床、皮肤损伤的发生,且护士的总满意度较高。Objective The application effect of new medical lower limb restraint band on patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in emergency intensive care unit(EICU)patients was investigated.Methods With the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 96 CRRT patients who need protective restraint measures due to treatment,admitted to the EICU of Beijing Haidian Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021,including 48 patients admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 as the control group and 48 patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 as the observation group,and the use of wrist restraint band in the control group and the use of new medical lower limb restraint band in the observation group,the restraint effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidences of limb breakaway,bed fall and skin injury in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);Unplanned extubation rate and alarm rate of hemodialysis machine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the new medical lower limb restraint belt is significant,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of limb breakaway,bed fall and skin injury,with high overall satisfaction of nurses.
