摘　　要：目的 探讨吸痰器联合以家庭为中心的护理干预在小儿支原体肺炎康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年3月医院收治的支原体肺炎患儿96例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组采取以家庭为中心的护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用吸痰器。比较两组患儿的治疗依从性、临床症状及体征改善时间、家长满意度。结果 观察组患儿治疗总依从率高于对照组,咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,患儿家长总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 吸痰器联合基于以家庭为中心的护理干预利于提高患儿治疗依从性、加快病情康复,且家长满意度高。Objective The effect of sputum suction device combined with family centered nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of children with mycoplasma pneumonia was discussed.Methods From June 2020 to March 2022,96 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,48 cases in each group.The control group took family centered nursing intervention,while the observation group used sputum suction device on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs,and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the cough disappearance time,fever abatement time,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group.The total satisfaction of the parents of the children was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sputum suction device and family centered nursing intervention is conducive to improving the treatment compliance of children,speeding up the recovery,and the satisfaction of parents is high.
