摘  要:对于山岭和丘陵地带,受地形或周边环境限制,为了防止危石滚落影响交通安全,经常将桥台深入隧道明洞。在宣城至绩溪高速铁路孟山一号隧道建设过程中,提出了桥梁串接明洞的设计和施工方案,该方案涉及到先做桥还是先做明洞问题,需要根据工程实际灵活选取,但是要确保施工安全和质量,本工程选择先做桥梁后做明洞方案。本文采用有限元方法对串接明洞临时支撑体系作了安全性验算,计算结果表明各结构部件的位移、应力均在规范允许范围内,钢管立柱满足压杆稳定性要求。孟山一号隧道桥梁串接明洞施工的顺利实施验证了该结构设计的可行性,为同类工程问题的解决提供了借鉴和参考。For mountainous and hilly areas,due to the terrain or the surrounding environment,in order to prevent the dangerous rocks from rolling down and affecting the traffic safety,the abutment is often deep into the open cut tunnel.During the construction of Mengshan No.1 Tunnel of Xuancheng-Jixi high speed railway,a design and the construction scheme of bridge connecting open cut tunnel was proposed.The plan involves the question of whether to build bridges or the open cut tunnels first,and it needs to be selected flexibly according to the actual project,however,in order to ensure the construction safety and quality,this project will choose to build bridges first and the open cut tunnels later.In this paper,the finite element method is used to check the temporary support system of the open cut tunnel in series.The calculation results show that the displacement and stress of each structural component are within the allowable range,and the steel pipe column meets the stability requirements of the compression bar.The successful implementation of the construction of the bridge connecting the open cut tunnel of Mengshan No.1 Tunnel verifies the feasibility of the structural design,which provides a reference for solving similar engineering problems.
