摘　　要：以课程改革为核心推动育人模式变革,从技术岗位复合型人才需求出发,以知识技能点为基础,以课程模块为载体,重建模块化、能力递进式的课程体系,以行业认证、技能竞赛的能力和素养要求为目标整合教学内容,探索实践“岗课赛证”融通培养高素质技能人才路径。Based on the knowledge and skills points,with the course module as the carrier,this article takes the curriculum reform as the core to promote the reform of education model,starts from the needs of complex talents in technical posts,reconstructs the modular and progressive curriculum system,integrates the teaching content with the goal of industry certification,the ability of skill competition and the requirements of nutrition,and explores the path to practice the"Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certification"to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.
