张力机制对TRB板变厚度轧制过程的影响

摘  要:轧制差厚板(TRB)是轧向厚度周期性连续变化的板材,具有一体化成形、过渡区可调可控、性能均匀、易于批量生产等特点。为预防轧制过程带材窜动、跑偏,薄规格TRB板的生产需带张轧制。受轧向厚度波动影响,TRB板各轧制区的前后张应力亦存在波动,并对过渡区及平轧区的成形产生影响。利用有限元法模拟分析了不同张力机制下的TRB板轧制过程,重点研究前、后张力对TRB板轧向板厚控制效果及轧后板带应力状态的影响,并探究不同张力机制下TRB板各区最大轧制力变化情况。研究结果显示,张力机制对TRB板各区长度有一定影响,且不同的前后张力配置产生的影响存在差异,增大前张力可使超薄轧制区的轧向长度小幅增长,增大后张力可改变两过渡区的轧向长度,并使中间平轧区缩短;合理的张力配置可降低TRB板各区轧制力。Tailor Rolled Blank(TRB)is a plate with periodic and continuous change of thickness to rolling,which has the characteristics of integrated forming,adjustable and controllable transition zone,uniform performance,and easy mass production.To prevent strip channeling and misalignment during the rolling process,the production of thin specification TRB plates needs to be rolled with tension.Affected by the fluctuation of rolling thickness,the anterior and post-tension stresses of each rolling zone of TRB plate also fluctuate,which affect the forming of transition zone and flat rolling area.The finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the rolling process of TRB plate under different tension mechanisms,focusing on the influence of front and post tension on the thickness control effect of TRB plate rolling and the stress state of strip after rolling,and the changes of maximum rolling force in each zone of TRB plate under different tension mechanisms were explored.The results show that the tension mechanism has a certain influence on the length of each zone of TRB plate,and the influence of different front and rear tension configurations is different,increasing the front tension can increase the rolling length of the ultra-thin rolling zone slightly,and increasing the post-tension can change the rolling length of the two transition zones and shorten the intermediate flat rolling zone.Reasonable tension configuration can reduce the rolling force in each area of TRB plate.
