托马斯·莫尔的卫生健康观——以《乌托邦》为中心的考察

摘　　要：托马斯·莫尔的卫生健康观产生于英格兰大瘟疫时代,当时城市的卫生健康状况触目惊心。托马斯·莫尔吸收借鉴柏拉图、西博格拉迪及伽林、早期共产主义者以及医学专家林纳克等人的医学医疗思想,结合自身在防疫实践中的经验教训,形成了包括健康是快乐之源、采取多种方式预防疾病、保护劳动者的精神心理健康、推进公费医疗医院建设及提倡和主张安乐死等卫生健康观,借鉴其中的有益启示,可助力健康中国建设。Thomas Moore’s concept of health and hygiene was born in the era of the Great Plague in England.At that time,the health and hygiene conditions in cities were shocking.Thomas Moore absorbed the medical thoughts of Plato,Sibogradi and Galin,early communists and medical experts Linnack,and combined his own experience and lessons in epidemic prevention practice to form a health concept including health as the source of happiness,taking various ways to prevent diseases,protecting the mental and psychological health of workers,promoting the construction of public medical hospitals,and advocating euthanasia.Some of beneficial enlightenment can be learned to help build a healthy China.
