摘　　要：面对世界,展望未来,科学客观分析目前国内国际就业与创业形势,阐明创新创业不可能一蹴而就,更不会一帆风顺,需要一代代人矢志不渝践行“顽强奋斗、艰苦奋斗、共同奋斗、接力奋斗”的新时代奋斗精神。新时代是奋斗者的时代,“奋斗精神”是新时代青年积极面对挑战不懈奋斗的动力与源泉,从国际、国内、省部、个人四个层面对全面学习领会新时代“奋斗精神”培育必要性分析,进一步深入贯彻党的“创新创业”方针,立足新发展格局,坚持创新拓展就业与创业,提高人力资源素质,实现更加充分发展的高质量就业与创业新征程。Facing the world and looking forward to the future,this paper scientifically and objectively analyzes the current domestic and international employment and entrepreneurship situation.It is stated that innovation and entrepreneurship cannot be achieved overnight,let alone go smoothly,which requires generations of people to unswervingly practice the striving spirit of the new era of“tenacious struggle,hard struggle,common struggle and relay struggle”.The new era is the era of strivers,and the“spirit of struggle”is the motivation and source of the young people in the new era to face the challenges and make unremitting efforts.From the international,domestic,provincial,individual four levels of comprehensive learning and understanding of the new era of“struggle spirit”cultivation of the necessity of analysis,it further implements the Party\s“innovation and entrepreneurship”policy.And based on the new development pattern,it aims to adhere to innovation to expand employment and entrepreneurship,improve the quality of human resources,so as to achieve a more fully developed high-quality employment and entrepreneurship of the new journey.
