摘　　要：在国家全面推进依法治国的进程中,对法学专业人才的社会需求不断增大,且对人才实践能力与操作能力提出更高要求。对此,高校应加强法学专业实践教学反思,明确当前实践教学存在的不足,通过转变教学理念,增加实践课时、制定教学计划,完善教学内容、加大投入力度,提升教学水平、构建“双师型”法学师资队伍、建设网络平台,革新教学模式等策略,不断完善法学专业实践教学模式,提升实践教学质量。In the process of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in the country,the social demand for law professionals is increasing,and higher requirements are put forward for the practical ability and operational ability of talents.In this regard,colleges and universities should strengthen the reflection on the practice teaching of law major,identify the shortcomings of the current practice teaching,change the teaching concept,increase the practice period,formulate the teaching plan,improve the teaching content,increase the investment,improve the teaching level,build the“double professional”law teachers,build the network platform,reform the teaching mode and other strategies,so as to constantly improve the practice teaching model of law major and improve the quality of practice teaching.
