摘 要:目的研究预氧化处理对纳米SiC颗粒增强的SiCp/AS81(Mg−8Al−Sn)复合材料显微组织和力学性能的影响,分析其作用机理,最终得到适宜的SiC预氧化温度。方法采用粉末冶金法制备纳米SiC颗粒增强的SiCp/AS81(Mg−8Al−Sn)复合材料,采用相关仪器设备,对不同温度预氧化处理后的SiC颗粒、AS81和0.50%−SiCp/AS81复合材料物相进行分析,观察其显微组织,并对相关力学性能进行测试。结果当对SiC颗粒进行不同温度预氧化处理后,SiC颗粒逐渐钝化,并在预氧化温度达到785℃及以上时,SiC外表层逐渐被SiO2包覆且在985℃时完成完全包覆;AS81复合材料和不同温度预氧化处理的0.5%−SiCp/AS81复合材料的物相组成都主要为Mg和Mg17Al12,785℃及以上温度预氧化处理后的0.5%−SiCp/AS81复合材料中的Si元素都呈均匀分布;0.5%−SiCp/AS81复合材料的硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率都高于AS81复合材料,且随着预氧化温度的升高,0.5%−SiCp/AS81复合材料的显微硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度先增大后减小,在预氧化温度为885℃时取得最大值。结论预氧化温度为885℃时,SiC颗粒外包覆的SiO2可以增强与AS81的界面结合力,有助于提升0.5%−SiCp/AS81复合材料的强塑性,0.5%−SiCp/AS81复合材料适宜的SiC预氧化温度为885℃。The work aims to studythe effects of pre-oxidation treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of nano SiC particle reinforced SiCp/AS81(Mg-8Al-Sn)composites,and to analyze its action mechanism,and finally obtain an appropriate pre-oxidation temperature for SiC.Nanometer SiC particle reinforced SiCp/AS81(Mg-8Al-Sn)composites were prepared through the powder metallurgy method.The phases of SiC particles,AS81,and 0.50%-SiCp/AS81 composites after pre-oxidation treatment at different temperature were analyzed,their microstructures were observed,and relevant mechanical properties were tested.The results showed that the SiC particles were passivated gradually after pre-oxidation treatment at different temperature.When the pre-oxidation temperature reached 785℃or above,the SiC outer layer was gradually coated by SiO2 and was completely coated at 985℃;The phase compositions of AS81 composites and 0.5%-SiCp/AS81 composites pretreated at different temperature were mainly Mg and Mg17Al12,and the Si elements in 0.5%-SiCp/AS81 composites pretreated at 785℃or above were evenly distributed;the hardness,yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of 0.5%-SiCp/AS81 composites were higher than those of AS81 composites.With the increase of the pre-oxidation temperature,the microhardness,tensile strength and yield strength of 0.5%-SiCp/AS81 composites first increased and then decreased,and reached the maximum when the pre-oxidation temperature was 885℃.When the pre-oxidation temperature is 885℃,the interfacial adhesion with AS81 of SiO2 coated with SiC particles can be enhanced,which helps to improve the strength and plasticity of 0.5%-SiCp/AS81 composites.The appropriate pre-oxidation temperature for 0.5%-SiCp/AS81 composites is 885℃.
