新旧版《公路沥青路面设计规范》对比与既有路面设计指标评价

摘  要:为进一步提高沥青路面使用寿命,我国交通运输部于2017年颁布新版《公路沥青路面设计规范》(JTG D50—2017),较2006版规范做出了较大改进。为揭示新旧版设计规范下沥青路面受力状态及设计指标的计算差异,首先介绍了新旧版规范的区别,然后以山东省某高速公路为依托,开展沥青路面结构设计及验算,研究动静回弹模量下沥青路面的应力与应变,并对新规范下的沥青路面设计指标值进行详细分析。结果表明:动静回弹模量材料参数对路面竖向压应力影响很小,但是动回弹模量计算得到的水平应力明显偏高,而沥青层底拉应变和路基顶面的压应力略小,这表明新旧规范对于车辙量的预估相接近,而新规范对半刚性基层的疲劳开裂要求更苛刻,对沥青面层和路基的疲劳寿命要求不如旧规范严格。The Ministry of Transport of China issued a new version of the Highway Asphalt pavement Design Code(JTG D50—2017)in 2017,which has made a great improvement compared with the 2006 version of the specification.In order to reveal the design differences between the old and new design specifications on the stress state and service performance of asphalt pavement,the differences between the old and new design specifications for highway asphalt pavement are introduced.The structural design and checking calculation of asphalt pavement are carried out based on an expressway in Shandong province,and the stress and strain of asphalt pavement under dynamic and static resilient modulus are studied,and the design index value of asphalt pavement under the new specification is analyzed in detail.The results show that the dynamic and static resilient modulus material parameters have little influence on the vertical compressive stress of the pavement,but the horizontal stress calculated by the dynamic resilient modulus is obviously higher,while the tensile strain at the bottom of the asphalt layer and the compressive stress at the top of the roadbed are slightly smaller.It indicates that the prediction of the amount of ruts in the new and old codes is similar,while the new code has more stringent requirements on the fatigue cracking of semi-rigid base,and the fatigue life requirements of asphalt surface and roadbed are not as strict as the old codes.
