摘  要:反渗透是热电行业水处理的核心技术,提高反渗透膜的抗氧化性是保证该技术稳定运行的关键。本研究采用冠醚(18-crown-6)与KOH的复合缚酸剂体系催化界面聚合反应过程,该缚酸剂通过促进酰氯单体的部分水解,使膜表面大量生成具有反应活性的羧酸基团;进一步采用化学接枝法将具有抗氧化性能的双甘氨肽功能分子负载到反渗透膜表面,获得了分离性能与抗氧化俱佳的聚酰胺反渗透膜材料。Reverse osmosis(RO)plays a valuable role in the water production process for the thermal power industry.Improving the oxidation resistance of the RO membrane is crucial to ensure the stable application of this technology.In this paper,the complex of 18-crown-6 and KOH,a typical acid accepter was used to catalyze interfacial polymerization of MPD and TMC.The acid accepter promoted partial hydrolysis of acyl chloride monomer and generated many carboxylic acid groups on the surface of the prepared RO membranes.Then the polyamide membrane material with desirable separation performance and oxidation resistance was obtained by using the chemical grafting method,which incorporated the functional molecules(glycylglycine)with antioxidant properties onto the membrane surface.
