摘 要:采用两套相同的EGSB反应器,分别接种厌氧颗粒污泥和好氧活性污泥,在温度(35±1)℃、水力停留时间6 h、上升流速为4 m/h的条件下,通过低浓度基质模拟废水进行驯化启动厌氧氨氧化,考察驯化启动厌氧氨氧化反应变化的特性以及基质浓度梯度提升和基质比对驯化系统运行的影响特性。结果表明:接种厌氧颗粒污泥和好氧活性污泥分别经过93 d和63 d后成功驯化启动了厌氧氨氧化,并经过容积TN负荷提升达到1.76 kgN/(m^(3)·d),TN去除率均值分别达到了83%和81%;当进水基质比为1.32时,接种厌氧颗粒污泥组的NH4+-N去除量∶NO_(2)^(-)-N去除量∶NO_(3)^(-)-N产生量为1∶1.24∶0.15,低于理论值1∶1.32∶0.26,而接种好氧活性污泥组的为1∶1.33∶0.17接近理论值。The anaerobic granular sludge and aerobic activated sludge were inoculated respectively in the same EGSB reactors.Anaerobic ammonia oxidation was initiated by the domestication of low-concentration matrix simulated wastewater under the temperature of 35±1°C,the hydraulic retention time of 6 h,and the up-flow velocity of 4 m/h.The characteristics of the change of anaerobic ammonia oxidation initiated by acclimation and the effects of substrate gradient elevation and substrate ratio on the operation of the acclimation system were investigated.The results show that anaerobic ammonia oxidation was successfully initiated after 93 d and 63 d acclimation of inoculated anaerobic granular sludge and aerobic activated sludge.After the volume TN load increased to 1.76 kgN/(m^(3)·d),the average TN removal rates reached 83%and 81%,respectively.When the influent substrate ratio was 1.32,the ratio of the NH4+-N removal,the NO_(3)^(-)-N removal,and the NO_(3)^(-)-N production was 1:1.24:0.15 in the inoculated anaerobic activate sludge group,which was lower than that of the theoretical value of 1:1.32:0.26.While the ratio in the inoculated aerobic-activated sludge group was 1:1.33:0.17,which was close to the theoretical value.
