摘　　要：科技查新实践中,科技人员提供的查新点在精炼程度、创新性、特征表述等方面存在较多问题,其中农作物品种类查新的查新点提炼问题较为突出,表现为查新点内容烦琐、主题不突出、罗列农艺性状、缺少指标数据、列举栽培技术等,未突出创新点,降低了项目新颖性,也给查新工作带来困扰。为此,文章开展了农作物品种类科技查新查新点的提炼方法研究,分析了农作物品种类科技查新查新点提炼存在的问题及其原因,提出了农作物品种类科技查新查新点的提炼方法及策略,以期为科技人员提供参考。In the practice of science and technology novelty search,there are many problems in the novelty search points provided by scientific and technological personnel in terms of refining degree,innovation and feature expression.Among them,the problem of refining the novelty search points of crop variety novelty search is more prominent,which is manifested in the tedious content of novelty search points,the lack of prominent themes,the listing of agronomic traits,the lack of index data,and the enumeration of cultivation techniques.The lack of innovation points reduces the novelty of the project and also brings trouble to the novelty search work.Therefore,the research on the extraction method of novelty search points of crop variety science and technology was carried out,the problems and causes of the extraction of novelty search points of crop variety science and technology were analyzed,and the extraction methods and strategies of novelty search points of crop variety science and technology were put forward,in order to provide reference for scientific and technological personnel.
