摘　　要：文章以2016—2020年间“985”高校馆员发文量作为研究对象,实证分析各高校年人均发文量、核心期刊论文占比、基金项目论文占比等情况,通过对指标及关联特性分析,挖掘现阶段高校馆馆员科研状态,并根据实证分析结论给予高校馆馆员科研力提升策略。Taking the number of publications published by“985”university librarians during 2016—2020 as the research object,this paper empirically analyzed the average annual number of publications published,the number of publications per capita,the proportion of core journal papers,the proportion of project fund papers.By analyzing the index and correlation characteristics,this paper explored the current state of scientific research of university librarians.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper gives strategies to improve the scientific research ability of university librarians.
