摘  要:针对旋转关节中超细长轴类零件一体门钮加工难度大的问题,提出基于TRIZ理论改进一体门钮设计的方法。利用TRIZ理论分析现有技术系统的工作原理、现有问题出现的条件及其解决方案,采用根原因分析法得到问题产生原因,用理想解分析法获得理想解和次理想解;将技术冲突转换成TRIZ标准冲突矩阵模型,参考76个标准解得到发明原理,从而获得5个解决方案;利用物理冲突分离原理得到的发明原理获得4个解决方案。一体门钮改进设计的最优解大大简化了一体门钮加工成型难度,对相关问题的解决有一定的参考价值。In view of the difficulty in processing the integrated door knob of ultra slender shaft parts in the radar rotating joint,a method of improving the design of the integrated door knob is proposed based on the TRIZ theory.The working principle of the existing technical system as well as the conditions of the existing problems and their solutions are analyzed with the TRIZ theory,the causes of the problems are obtained with the root cause analysis method,and the ideal solution and sub ideal solution are gained by using the ideal solution analysis method.The technical conflict is transformed into TRIZ standard conflict matrix model,and the invention principle is obtained by referring to 76 standard solutions to get 5 solutions.Four solutions are obtained by using the invention principle derived from the separation principle of physical conflicts.The improved design of the integrated door knob greatly simplifies the difficulty in processing and forming the integrated door knob,and has certain reference value to solve the relevant problems.
