摘  要:针对双三相永磁同步电机传统模型预测转矩控制计算量较大和权重系数整定过程繁琐的问题,提出一种基于简化电压矢量控制集的模型预测磁链控制算法。首先,将对电磁转矩和定子磁链幅值的控制转化为对定子磁链矢量的控制,消除代价函数中定子磁链幅值误差项的权重系数;然后,采用虚拟电压矢量作为控制集,抑制谐波电流,消除代价函数中的谐波磁链误差项;最后,通过判断定子磁链矢量误差的位置简化电压矢量控制集,将每个控制周期待评估的有效电压矢量由12个减少到5个,降低整个算法的计算量。实验结果表明,所提算法能够减小电磁转矩脉动,抑制谐波电流,而且在保持良好的控制性能的同时,可以显著地减少计算时间,具有更好的工程实用价值。A model predictive flux control algorithm with simplified control set was proposed,which was used to deal with the problems of traditional model predictive torque control of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor,such as large amount of calculation and tedious weight factor setting process.Firstly,the control of the torque and stator flux amplitude was transformed into the control of the stator flux vector,and the weight factor of the stator flux amplitude error term in the cost function was eliminated.Then,the virtual voltage vectors were used as the control set,the harmonic flux error term in the cost function was also eliminated.Finally,the voltage vector control set was simplified by the position of stator flux vector error,and the expected estimated effective voltage vectors in each control period were reduced from 12 to 5,and the calculation of the whole algorithm was reduced.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the ripples of electromagnetic torque and suppress the harmonic current,and it can significantly reduce the calculation time while maintaining good control performance with better engineering practical value.
