摘  要:以某宽轨货运机车为研究对象建立动力学分析模型,采用美国AAR5级谱和AAR6级谱作为轨道随机激励,研究了其相关动力学性能。通过在直线轨道上施加两种不同轨道谱激励仿真计算出不同的非线性临界速度并加以对比分析;采用Sperling指标评价该机车的平稳性;采用轮重减载率、脱轨系数和轮轨横向力来评价该机车的曲线通过能力。结果表明:两种轨道谱激励下该机车仿真非线性临界速度均远大于实际最高限速,具有良好的运行稳定性;其垂向和横向平稳性指标均满足相关标准,机车具有良好的运行平稳性;三个曲线通过性能指标说明该机车具有良好的运行安全性。A wide-rail freight locomotive is used as the research object to establish a dynamic analysis model,the locomotive’s dynamic performance is studied by applying the American AAR5 and AAR6 spectra as the track random excitations.The non-linear critical speed is calculated and analyzed on the straight track;sperling index is used to evaluate the stationarity of the locomotive;rate of wheel load reduction,derailment coefficient and lateral wheel-rail force are used to assess the curving capacity of the locomotive.The results show that the simulated non-linear critical speeds of the locomotive under the excitations of the two track spectra are both far greater than the actual maximum speed limit,and it has good operational stability.Its vertical and the horizontal stationarity indexes both meet the standard requirements,and the locomotive has good running stability.It is proved that the locomotive has good operational safety by three dynamic running performance indexes on curve lines.
