摘 要:掌握氧化铁皮破裂机理对确定无酸除鳞工艺参数尤为关键。利用声发射和扫描电镜等技术,研究了Q235热轧带钢氧化铁皮拉伸失效过程。通过绘制声发射特征参数经历图、累积图及载荷经历图,结合氧化铁皮截面形貌观察,发现氧化铁皮拉伸失效分微裂纹萌生、微裂纹扩展、微裂纹聚结(宏观裂纹萌生)、宏观裂纹增长、宏观裂纹聚结和氧化铁皮剥落6个阶段;并计算得到不同失效阶段氧化铁皮的临界应力、应变,为确定除鳞工艺参数提供了参考。The cracking mechanism of the oxide scale is particularly critical for determining the process parameters of acid-free descaling.This paper studies the tensile failure process of Q235 hot rolled strip steel oxide scale by the acoustic emission and scanning electron microscopy.Acoustic emission characteristic parameter experience map,cumulative map and load experience map are drawn,and these figures are combined with the observation of the cross-sectional morphology of the oxide scale.It is found that the tensile failure of the oxide scale is divided into six stages:micro-crack initiation,micro-crack propagation,micro-crack coalescence(macro-crack initiation),macro-crack growth,macro-crack coalescence,and scale spalling.The critical stress and strain of the oxide scale at different failure stages are calculated,which provides a reference for determining the descaling process parameters.
