摘　　要：世俗语境下的法治信仰区别于纯粹意义的宗教信仰,可视为包含了意识、认同和精神三个层次的“结构综合体”。其中,法治意识代表着社会成员对法治全面、充分和理性的认知与理解,在本体论层面决定了法治信仰中的“法治”究竟为何;法治认同则构成了法治信仰的认识论层次,决定了看待法治的方式和对待法治的情感;法治精神展示出理性与情感紧密结合、不断交互的过程,形塑出法治信仰的核心内容。法治信仰的培育具有外在性、诱导性、现实性的特征,一方面应当因循“意识-认同-精神”的渐进路径,另一方面则强调培育法治信仰必须以法治实践为基础。In secular society,the belief in the rule of law can be regarded as a “structural complex” that includes consciousness identity and spirit.Context is different from the religious belief in the pure sense.Consciousness of rule of law leads to the comprehensive,sufficient and rational understanding of rule of law by social members,it determines the means of “rule of law” in the belief of the rule of law on ontology.Identity of rule of law belongs to the epistemology of the belief in the rule of law,which determines the attitude towards rule of law.Spirit of rule of law is closely related to rationality and emotion,it also shows the core content of belief in the rule of law.The cultivation of belief in the rule of law is external,inductive and realistic.On the one hand,we should follow the gradual path of “consciousness-identity-spirit”.On the other hand,the cultivation of belief in the rule of law must be based on the legal practice.
