摘  要:【目的】探明水稻黄绿叶光温敏核不育系gy157S的开花习性,为特色水稻不育系在新品种选育中的应用提供理论依据。【方法】以目前应用比较广泛的实用性水稻光温敏两系不育系C815S为对照,对比研究水稻黄绿叶光敏温不育系gy157S的花粉败育程度、开花习性、柱头外露率等开花习性。【结果】gy157S单株和单穗的开花持续期分别为15.9 d和10.2 d,在11:00—13:00有明显的开花高峰期,午前花率达60.86%,开颖角度为34.0°,自然条件下柱头外露率为65.0%,与C815S相似。gy157S的花粉不育度为99.97%~100.00%,优于C815S的99.73%~99.98%。【结论】gy157S开花习性良好,在11:00—13:00期间进行赶粉制种效率较高,在水稻两系杂交种生产中具有较大的应用价值。【Objective】The flowering habit of rice photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line gy157S with yellow-green leaf is studied to provide the theoretical basis for the application of characteristic rice male sterile line in the breeding of new variety.【Method】The pollen abortion degree,flowering habit,stigma exsertion rate and other flowering habits of rice photo-thermo-sensitive male sterile line gy157S with yellow-green leaf is compared with rice photo-thermo-sensitive two-line sterile line C815S,which is applied widely at present.【Result】The flowering duration of individual plant and single spike of gy157S is 15.9 d and 10.2 d respectively,with flowering habits of an obvious flowering peak from 11:00 to 13:00,60.86% of flowering rate before noon,34.0°of glume-opening angle and 65.0% of the stigma exsertion rate under natural conditions,which are extremely similar to C815S.In addition,the pollen sterility of gy157S is 99.97%-100.00%,which is superior to that of C815S of 99.73%-99.98%.【Conclusion】Photo-thermo-sensitive male sterile line gy157S has good flowering habits,and supplementary pollinating for seed production can be efficient during 11:00-13:00,and it is of great application value in the production of two-line hybrid rice.
