摘  要:【目的】探明溴虫腈胁迫对家蚕经济性状和繁殖力的影响,为溴虫腈在蚕桑生产上的合理应用提供科学依据。【方法】以2个家蚕品系(p50和QBA)为研究对象,采用100 mg/L溴虫腈处理新鲜桑叶并晾干叶面水分后连续饲喂其5龄幼蚕1 d(处理1)、3 d(处理2)、5 d(处理3)、7 d(处理4)至上簇结茧,以相同时间饲喂等量清水处理桑叶为对照(CK),研究其5龄幼蚕存活率、结茧率、化蛹率、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率和蛹体重,以及雌雄蛾羽化率、单雌蛾产卵数和受精卵率的变化。【结果】不同处理2个家蚕品系5龄幼蚕存活率、结茧率和化蛹率分别为91.11%~98.89%/94.44%~98.89%、80.42%~100.00%/90.64%~100.00%和57.60%~100.00%/78.00%~100.00%;随着饲喂时间的延长,p50和QBA雌/雄蚕各处理的全茧量、茧层量和蛹体重呈下降趋势,雌蚕的全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、蛹体重分别为0.84~1.29 g/1.31~1.69 g、0.09~0.15 g/0.26~0.33 g、10.70%~11.66%/19.26%~19.97%和0.74~1.14 g/1.05~1.36 g,雄蚕的全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、蛹体重分别为0.64~0.97 g/1.09~1.35 g、0.09~0.14 g/0.26~0.30 g、13.49%~14.86%/22.50%~24.11%和0.55~0.83 g/0.83~1.05 g,QBA雌/雄蚕的全茧量、茧层量和蛹体重均大于p50;2个家蚕品系的雌蛾和雄蛾羽化率随着饲喂时间增加呈下降趋势,相同处理雌蛾羽化率低于雄蛾,在已羽化的各处理中,p50和QBA的雌蛾羽化率分别为59.84%~98.15%和40.67%~97.22%,均以CK最高,分别以处理2和处理3最低,显著和极显著低于CK;雄蛾羽化率分别为67.22%~100.00%和28.25%~98.15%,均以CK最高,分别以处理3和处理4最低,显著和极显著低于CK。在已羽化的各处理中,p50和QBA各处理单雌蛾平均产卵数分别为304~430粒和298~545粒,均以CK最高,分别以处理2和处理3最低,显著和极显著低于CK;各处理受精卵率分别为95.30%~96.16%和88.14%~95.08%,与CK差异均不显著。【结论】溴虫腈对家蚕具有一定的慢性累积毒性,且溴虫【Objective】The effects of chlorfenapyr stress on economic traits and fecundity of Bombyx mori are discussed to provide the scientific basis for rational application of chlorfenapyr in sericulture production.【Method】The fifth instar larvae of two Bombyx mori lines(QBA and p50)are continuously fed with the dried leaf surface of fresh mulberry leaves treated with 100 mg/L chlorfenapyr for 1 d(T 1),3 d(T 2),5 d(T 3)and 7 d(T 4)and the larval survival rate,cocooning rate,pupation rate,whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,cocoon shell rate,pupal weight,emergence rate of male and female moths,laying egg number/female moth and fertilized egg rate of different treatments are analyzed to compare with CK(the mulberry leaves treated with clean water).【Result】The larval survival rate of the fifth instar,cocooning rate and pupation rate of p50 and QBA of different treatments are 91.11%-98.89% and 94.44%-98.89%,80.42%-100.00% and 90.64%-100.00%,and 57.60%-100.00% and 78.00%-100.00%respectively.The whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and pupal weight of p50 and QBA female and male silkworms show a declining trend with extension of feeding time.The whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,cocoon shell rate and pupal weight of female silkworms of p50 and QBA of different treatments are 0.64-0.97 g and 1.09-1.35 g,0.09-0.14 g and 0.26-0.30 g,13.49%-14.86% and 22.50%-24.11%,and 0.55-0.83 g and 0.83-1.05 g separately.The whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and pupal weight of QBA female and male silkworms all are higher than p50.The emergence rate of female and male moths of two Bombyx mori lines shows a declining trend with increase of feeding time and the emergence rate of female moths is lower than male moths in the same treatment.The emergence rate of female moth of p50 and QBA is 59.84%-98.15% and 40.67%-97.22% separately.The emergence rate of female moths of T 2 and T 3 is lower than CK significantly and very significantly.The emergence rate of male moths of p50 and QBA is 67.22%-100.00%and 28.25%-98.15% a
