摘　　要：抗日战争时期,中国共产党进行红色经济建设的支撑机制包括发展农业、工商业等产业经济,运用金融杠杆调节经济,实施“开源”与“节流”的财政政策,采取合理的领导方式与人员组织、激励措施。这些宝贵的红色经济建设实践经验对新时代中国经济建设提供了重要启示,包括要自力更生,推动产业经济发展;灵活审慎,维持金融市场稳定;激励人民,提高社会治理水平;尊重经济规律,以人民为中心,走中国特色的经济建设道路,等等。In the War Against Japan period,the support mechanism for the Communist Party of China to carry out the construction of the red economy included the development of agriculture,industry and commerce and other industrial economies,the use of financial leverage to regulate the economy,the implementation of “open source”and “throttling”fiscal policies,and the adoption of reasonable leadership methods,personnel organization and incentive measures.These valuable practical experiences in red economic construction provide important enlightenment for China's economic construction in the new era,including self-reliance and promoting industrial economic development;flexibility and prudence to maintain financial market stability;inspire the people and improve the level of social governance;respect economic laws,take the people as the center,and take the road of economic construction with Chinese characteristics.
