摘 要:在工程项目建设过程中,对项目成本进行精细化管理,并起到降本增效的作用一直是现代建筑企业追求的目标,但往往也存在成本管理失控的问题。为强化成本管控的力度,本文依托于挣值分析法,对某地区人才公寓项目的成本管控进行分析,依次以项目全生命周期内的人、材、机的成本变化以及分部分项工程的成本变化逐步细化工程项目成本控制的时空分布的规律,对内在成本偏差的内在因素进行了分析,并给出了一种有效的控制成本的方法,从而达到为项目降本增效的目的,从而为相似的工程建设提供参考。In the process of engineering project construction,the goal of modern construction enterprises has always been to finely manage project costs and play a role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency.However,there are often problems with cost management out of control.In order to strengthen the intensity of cost control,this article relies on the earned value analysis method to analyze the cost control of a talent apartment project in a certain area.It gradually refines the temporal and spatial distribution of project cost control based on the cost changes of personnel,materials,and machinery during the entire life cycle of the project,as well as the cost changes of divisional and subdivisional projects.It analyzes the internal factors of internal cost deviation,and provides an effective method for controlling costs,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency for the project,and provide reference for similar engineering construction.
