摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略是新时代做好“三农”工作的重要抓手,科学认识并着力提升乡村价值是乡村振兴战略的重要前提。乡村价值是乡村所具有的促进人类生存和发展的能力,是维系乡村和谐与可持续发展的纽带。乡村以农业生产为主,是一个集生产、生活与情感寄托的共同体,具有生产、生活、生态、社会、文化以及教化等一般价值。城乡二元发展战略格局下城乡资源的不平等交换使乡村在较为封闭环境中能量不断衰减而造成价值失位。随着城乡深入融合,城乡制度深刻变革,各种资源回流建设乡村,乡村经济快速发展,社会生产力提升,乡村价值呈多元化发展态势。乡村生态涵养、休闲观光、健康养老、文化传承、乡愁体验等价值凸显。只有城乡融合发展,提升乡村生产能力、服务能力与吸引能力,强化拓展乡村功能,不断提升多元价值,才能实现乡村的全面振兴。The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is focus of our effortconcerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Scientific cognition and improving rural value is an important premise of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Rural value is the capacity in rural areas to promote human survival and development,and it is the bond to maintain rural harmony and sustainable development.Rural areas are dominated by agricultural production.It is a community integrating of production,life and emotional sustenance.It has general values such as production,life,ecology,society,culture and education.Due to the dual development strategy of unequal exchangeof the resource between urban and rural areas,the value debased by continuous attenuation of rural energy in a rel⁃atively closed environment.With the in-depth integration of urban and rural areas,supplemented by government strongimpetus,the system of urban and rural areas has undergone profound changes,various resources have returned to build rural areas.rural economy has developed rapidly,social productivity has improved,and rural value have diversified.The value of rural ecological conservation,leisure and sightseeing,healthy pension,cultural inheritance and nostalgia experience are prominent.Only through the integrated development of urban and rural areas,improving rural production capacity,service capacity and attraction capacity,strengthening and expanding rural functions and constantly improving diversified value,can the rural areas be overall revitalized.
