生态环境状况评价和生态质量评价对比分析——以济南市为例

摘　　要：本文以济南市为例,开展了2021年生态环境状况评价和生态质量评价,对比分析了生态环境状况、生态质量现状、空间分布规律等内容。结果表明:2021年,生态环境状况指数(EI)为58.82,生态环境状况处于“良”等级,12个区(县)生态环境状况处于“良”和“一般”等级;生态质量指数(EQI)为50.86,生态质量状况处于“三类”等级,12个区(县)生态质量状况处于“二类”“三类”和“四类”等级。研究结果反映全市土地利用格局不尽合理、个别建成区绿地率不高、公园绿地可达性不好、重要生态空间连通度不好、人为干扰度较高等问题,本文为进一步完善生态质量评价方法提供参考,为济南市乃至黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供决策依据。Taking Jinan as an example,this paper carries out ecological environment evaluation and ecological quality evaluation in 2021,and comparatively analyses the ecological environment and ecological quality,spatial regular patters and so on.The results show that the Ecological Index(EI)in 2021 is 58.82 and the ecological environment status is"good"while the ecological environment status of 12 districts are divided into"good"and"general";Environmental Quality…Index(EQI)is 50.86,ecological quality belongs to"class three",and 12 districts are divided into"class two","class three"and"class four".The results reflect that the land use pattern of Jinan city is not reasonable,the greening rate in some builtup areas is not high,the accessibility of parks is not good,the connectivity of important ecological space is not good enough,and the degree of human interference is high.It provides reference for further improvement of ecological quality evaluation methods,and provides decision basis for ecological protection and high-quality development in Jinan city and even the Yellow River basin.
