多尺度国土调查数据缩编与更新方法研究

摘　　要：为满足不同尺度国土调查数据的应用需求、支撑各级政府制定社会经济发展重大规划及政策举措,本文结合海南省第三次国土调查成果数据,针对省级、地(市)级、县(区)级行政区划,研究了不同尺度下地图数据缩编与更新方法。该方法提高了国土调查数据缩编精度与更新效率,缩编前后的面积变化率较小,缩编结构和缩编布局相似度指数较高,可为不同尺度下的地图数据缩编与更新提供参考和借鉴。In order to meet the application requirements of different levels of national land survey data and support the government formulating major social and economic development plans and policy initiatives,this paper takes the third national land survey data of Hainan province as an example,studies the methods of map data reduction and updating for multi-scale according to different administrative divisions at county,prefecture and provincial levels.The results show that this method improves the reduction accuracy and updating efficiency of national land survey data,the area change rate before and after data reduction is small,and the similarity index of data reduction structure and layout is high,which provide a reference for map data reduction and updating of different scales.
