摘  要:采用添加了石墨、红丹、中等硫酸量的正极铅膏、管式正极板、涂膏式负极板、PVC-SiO_(2)隔板、气相SiO2的质量分数为4.0%的胶体电解液、挤膏工艺技术,制备储能用管式胶体蓄电池。经试验表明,样品性能达到了GB/T 22473—2008的要求。其中,循环耐久能力达到了13个周期,荷电保持能力达到了98.6%。由此说明,该样品设计过程中所采取的技术手段,提高了储能用铅酸蓄电池的性能,延长了使用寿命,满足了风、光发电系统储能的要求。The positive paste with graphite,Pb_(3)O_(4)and medium sulfuric acid,tubular positive plates,paste coated negative plates,PVC-SiO_(2) separators,gelled electrolyte with gas phase SiO_(2)content of 4.0%,wet-filling process and other technologies were used in the tubular gelled batteries for energy storage.The test results showed that the performance of the samples meet the requirements of GB/T 22473—2008,in which the cycle endurance reached 13 cycles,and the charge retention reached 98.6%.So the technical means adopted in the sample design process improve the performance and prolong the service life of lead-acid battery for energy storage,and meets the energy storage requirements of wind and solar power generation system.
