基于扶阳理论探讨辛温药在干眼的临床应用

摘　　要：干眼是眼科临床上常见的一种眼表疾病,患者通常会出现眼睛干涩感、异物感等眼部不适症状。在中医学属“白涩症”范畴。目前,中医学者多认为其病机是火热伤阴化燥,临床多从阴虚燥热论治,而对辛温之品在干眼治疗中的重要作用未予足够重视。扶阳理论是一种极具特色的中医理论,其学术的核心思想是重视固护机体阳气,以火立极,临证善用干姜、附子、肉桂等辛温药物,屡起陈疴。本文以扶阳理论为依据,从基本病机入手,对辛温药在干眼治疗中的临床应用略作探究,从而为干眼的临床诊疗提供帮助。Dry eye is a common ocular surface disease in clinical ophthalmology.Dry eye patients usually experience ocular discomfort such as dry eyes,and foreign body sensation.Dry eye belongs to the category of"white astringent syndrome"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Currently,the pathogenesis of dry eye is generally believed to be Yin injury caused by hyperactivity of fire which further turns into dryness by TCM scholars,and the clinical treatment mainly starts from Yin deficiency and dryness-heat.However,insufficient attention has been paid to the important role of pungent-warm herbs in the treatment of dry eye.Fu-yang theory is a characteristic theory of TCM,whose core academic idea is to pay attention to strengthening and protecting the body's Yang Qi,erect the pole with fire,and make good use of Xinwen drugs such as dried ginger,aconite and cinnamon to cure chronic diseases.Based on Fu-yang theory and starting from the basic pathogenesis of dry eye,this paper briefly explores the clinical application of Xinwen drugs in the treatment of dry eye,in order to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of dry eye.
