摘　　要：20世纪下半期是中国现代化思想及其话语发展的重要时期,是向新时代“中国式现代化”思想及其话语演进的重要时期。新中国成立后,毛泽东对“工业化—现代化”道路所作的“新的历史时期”的话语创新,把“现代化”确立为国家经济社会发展的总体目标。从“新的历史时期”到新时期“中国式的现代化道路”再到新时代“中国式现代化”,划出了一条与时俱进、守正创新的话语和学理发展的主线。社会主义建设时期,“四个现代化”战略目标和战略步骤的提出,焕发了全国各族人民为把我国建设成为社会主义现代化强国而努力奋斗的决心和信心。“中国式的现代化道路”是新时期中国共产党现代化思想的重要话语表达,邓小平把充分的历史主动和历史自信同坚韧的历史自觉和历史耐心结合起来,对“小康”“小康社会”的规定性作出切合中国实际的阐释,以“翻两番”“三步走”等新话语和新概念作为“小康社会”进程的标识和阶段性指标。面向21世纪,“向着新世纪前进,向着现代化的光辉目标前进,向着中华民族的伟大复兴前进”的提出,系统表达了中国共产党现代化话语和学理的持续演进,深刻阐释了中国共产党在中国现代化新的历史进程中推进中华民族伟大复兴的坚定信念和坚强意志。The second half of the 20th century was an important period for the development of Chinese modernization thought and its discourse,and an important period for the evolution of the idea of Chinese modernization and its discourse in the new era.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Mao Zedong’s discursive innovation of the“new historical period”on the road of“industrializationmodernization”has established modernization as the overall goal of national socioeconomic development.A main line of discursive development and theoretical innovation has been drawn from the“new historical period”to the“Chinese path to modernization”in the new period to the“Chinese modernization”in the new era.During the period of socialist construction,the strategic goals and strategic steps of“four modernizations”has renewed the determination and confidence of the Chinese people to strive for building China into a strong modern socialist country.“Chinese path to modernization”is an important expression of the modernization theory of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in the new period when Deng Xiaoping combined full initiative and confidence with tenacious historical consciousness and patience,and made an interpretation of“moderate prosperity”and“moderately prosperous society”that was relevant to China’s reality,and gave the building of“moderately prosperous society”some new terms and concepts such as“quadrupling of GDP”and“three-step approach”as stage indicators.In approaching the 21st century,“marching towards the new century,towards the glorious goal of modernization,and towards the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”was proposed,which systematically expressed the continuous evolution of the CPC’s modernization discourse and theory,and profoundly explained the CPC’s firm belief and strong will to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new historical process of China’s modernization.
