摘  要:针对管道运行中存在高低压系统设计压力和操作压力不一致的现象,比较了多种超压保护措施的设计方案,并对措施的适用性进行了模拟验证,最后对高完整性压力保护系统(HIPPS)的SIL等级进行验证。结果表明:设置安全阀或爆破片并不能完全避免低压系统的超压工况;经Hysys软件动态模拟验证,安全仪表系统(SIS)和HIPPS均可实现低压管道的超压保护,HIPPS切断阀的关断时间不应超过7 s;HIPPS中的压力传感器采用“2oo3”结构,执行器采用“1oo2”结构,逻辑控制器采用“1oo1”结构,HIPPS的SIL等级满足SIL3的要求,可以作为管道超压保护的最后一道防线,降低安全风险系数。In view of the situation that the design pressure and operating pressure is not consistent with each other in the operation of the pipeline in high and low pressure system,the design scheme of a variety of overpressure protection measures are compared.The applicability of these measures is simulated and verified.The SIL grade of highly integrated pressure protection system(HIPPS)is verified finally.The results show the setting of safety valve or bursting disc cannot completely avoid the overpressure condition of the low-pressure system.By Hysys software dynamic simulation verification,both SIS and HIPPS can realize overpressure protection of low-pressure pipeline.The shut-off time of HIPPS cut-off valve should not exceed 7s.The SIL grade of HIPPS satisfies the requirement of SIL3 with the pressure sensor in the HIPPS adopting 2oo3 structure,the actuator adopting loo2 structure and the logic controller adopting lool structure.It can be used as the last defensive line for pipeline overpressure protection and to reduce the safety risk factor.
