基于云平台视频功能的儿童哮喘护理门诊在患儿药物吸入中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于云平台视频功能的儿童哮喘护理门诊在患儿药物吸入中的应用效果。方法 采用自身前后对照研究方法,选取2021年4-8月我院哮喘护理门诊开诊后收治的120例哮喘患儿,通过云平台的视频功能对其进行评估指导及远程随访管理,在就诊初期、就诊1个月、3个月及6个月评估入组患儿的药物吸入正确率及哮喘控制水平。结果 入组的哮喘患儿中,药物吸入正确率由15.84%提升至73.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,哮喘控制良好的人数比例由52.88%上升为93.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于云平台的视频功能可以有效提高哮喘患儿药物吸入正确率,提高哮喘控制水平。Objective To explore the application effect of pediatric asthma nursing clinic based on video function of cloud platform in drug inhalation of children with disease.Methods A total of 120 children with asthma who were admitted to asthma nursing clinic of our hospital from April to August 2021 were selected by using self-controlled study method,and were evaluate and guided and conducted remote follow-up management through video function of cloud platform.The correct rate of drug inhalation and asthma control level in the enrolled children were evaluated at the initial stage of the treatment,and 1,3,and 6 months after the treatment.Results Among the enrolled children with asthma,the correct rate of drug inhalation increased from 15.84%to 73.12%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the proportion of well-controlled asthma patients increased from 52.88%to 93.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The video function based on cloud platform can effectively improve the accurate rate of inhaling drugs in children with asthma,thus improving the level of asthma control.
