摘　　要：目的 探讨自制的安抚口塞引流器在支气管肺发育不良(BPD)患儿中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年1月-2022年12月我院新生儿科住院的150例BPD患儿作为研究对象,按使用安抚口塞引流器前后,分为干预前(2018年1月-2020年6月)和干预后(2020年7月-2022年12月)。分析比较2组患儿呼吸机实际潮气量与设置潮气量比和口腔分泌物引起口角、下颌皮肤潮红或糜烂情况,以及护士和医生的满意度。结果 观察组患儿的呼吸机实际潮气量与设置潮气量比及护士和医生的满意度明显高于对照组,观察组患儿口腔分泌物引起口角、下颌皮肤潮红或糜烂情况明显低于对照组,各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 本研究自制的安抚口塞引流器应用于临床能帮助护士更有效地清理BPD患儿呼吸道分泌物,从而确保呼吸道通畅,改善机械通气;避免口角、下颌皮肤潮红或糜烂,预防感染;提升医护人员满意度;安抚患儿情绪,锻炼其吞咽功能,增加安全感,从而促进疾病快速康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of a homemade device in children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD).Methods 150 children with BPD admitted to the neonatal department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022.Before and after the use of the pacifier plug drainage device,it is divided into pre intervention(January 2018 to June 2020)and post intervention(July 2020 to December 2022).To analyze and compare the actual tidal volume of the ventilator,the ratio of the mouth caused by oral secretions,and the satisfaction of nurses and doctors.Results The ratio of the actual tidal volume and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001),and the flushing or erosion of the skin caused by oral secretions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The clinical drainage device can effectively clean up respiratory secretions,ensure airway and improve mechanical ventilation,avoid skin flushing and erosion,and calm the emotions of children,exercise the swallowing function,increase the sense of security,and promote the rapid recovery of disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
