摘  要:建立了一种电位滴定仪测定对甲基苯磺酸中硫酸含量的方法。采用氯化钡-氯化镁沉淀硫酸根,将沉淀过滤后,以铬黑T为指示剂,用光度电极做指示电极,于640 nm波长下,用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)滴定过量的氯化钡-氯化镁,测定结果与模拟样品理论值一致,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3%(n=6)。当硫酸质量分数不小于1%时,该方法的重复性和准确性均优于HG/T 5623—2019手动滴定方法。A potentiometric titration for the determination of sulfuric acid in p-toluenesulfonic acid was established by optimizing the instrument parameters and sample pretreatment methods.The sulfate was precipitated by barium chloridemagnesium chloride solution,and the precipitation was filtered.Chromium black T was used as the indicator,coupled with photometric electrode,and the excess barium chloride-magnesium chloride was titrated with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium(EDTA)standard solution at a working wavelength of 640 nm.The measured results were consistent with the theoretical values of simulated samples,and the relative standard deviation of determination results was less than 3%(n=6).The repeatability and accuracy of this method were better than those of manual titration in HG/T 5623—2019 when the mass fraction of sulfuric acid was not less than 1%.
