摘  要:对水红外分析仪相当水示值的不确定度进行评定,分析影响四氧化二氮中相当水含量测量结果的因素,并提出控制措施。对水红外分析仪相当水示值的测量原理以及过程参数进行了分析,确定了不确定度来源,主要不确定度分量为测量波长偏差、背景波长偏差、稳定性分量、重复性分量以及赋值分量,水红外分析仪相当水示值不确定度分析结果U=0.003%(k=2)。调节激光器工作温度、半导体制冷技术等可控制仪器波长偏差及示值稳定性。The uncertainty of equivalent water indication value of water infrared analyzer was evaluated,the factors affecting the measurement results of equivalent water content of nitrous oxide were analyzed,and the control measures were put forward.The measurement principle and process parameters of the equivalent water indication in the water infrared analyzer was discussed,and the source of uncertainty was determined.The main uncertainty components were the measurement wavelength deviation,the background wavelength deviation,the stability component,the repeatability component and the assignment component.The uncertainty analysis result of the equivalent water indication in the water infrared analyzer was 0.003%(k=2).Adjusting the operating temperature of the laser and semiconductor refrigeration technology can control the wavelength deviation and indication stability of the instrument.
