“三全育人”背景下大学生宿舍文化建设研究

摘　　要：随着中共中央、国务院印发《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》,提出高校要坚持全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人,“三全育人”已成为当前各所高校开展学生工作的重要指导思想。高校是国家人才培养的重要基地,而高校宿舍是在校大学生学习和生活的重要场所。大学生心理健康、学风建设等都与宿舍文化有着直接的关系,因此须建设良好的宿舍文化,打通高校学生思想政治教育“最后一公里”,坚持“三全育人”理念,探索宿舍文化建设的有效途径和策略,从而使校园文化越发丰富。The Opinion on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Uni⁃versities under the New Situation issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council proposes that colleges and universities should adhere to all-staff education,whole-process education,and all-round education.The“three-sphere comprehensive education”has become an important guiding thought of the current colleges and universities to carry out student work.Colleges and universities are important bases for talent training,and the dormitory is an important place where college students rest,study and entertain.College students’mental health and construction of study style have a direct relationship with dormitory culture.There⁃fore,it is necessary to construct positive dormitory culture,get through the last kilometer of ideological and politi⁃cal education for college students,adhere to the concept of“three-sphere comprehensive education”,and seek an effective way and strategy to dormitory culture construction,so as to make the campus culture richer.
