摘 要:环境与资源保护法是法学的一门新兴的边缘学科,是系统概述环境法基本理论和基本知识的课程。在环境工程专业,该课程教学的开展着眼于提升未来环境工程技术人员的环境法律水平,对于培养“熟知法、坚守法、活用法”的高水平环境人才具有重要意义。该文主要介绍了“环境与资源保护法”课程教学内容及方式,并结合该课程综合性与科技性兼具的特征,以教学方式作为切入点,提出案例分析教学、互动教学、专题式教学等多种教学改革建议,以期为本课程的改革提供一些建议和思考。Environment and Resources Protection Law is a new frontier subject of law,which systematically sum⁃marizes the basic theories and knowledge of environmental law.In the major of environmental engineering,the teaching of this course focuses on improving the environmental legal level of future environmental engineering technicians,and it is of great significance to cultivate high-level environmental talents who are“familiar with the law,stick to it and apply it flexibly”.This paper mainly introduces the teaching content and methods of Environ⁃ment and Resources Protection Law,and combines the comprehensive and technological characteristics of the course,taking teaching methods as the starting point,puts forward a variety of teaching reform suggestions such as case analysis teaching,interactive teaching,and thematic teaching,in order to provide some suggestions and re⁃flections for the reform of this course.
