论教师的自我教育与课程思政建设

摘  要:课程思政对高等教育人才培养具有重要的意义,随着课程思政建设的不断推进,其对教师的要求也不断提高。单纯借鉴相对成熟的课程思政模式而忽视教师自我教育,不仅会导致专业类课程思政容易出现雷同现象,还会因教师言行不一而使学生对思想教育产生怀疑。教师的自我教育对课程思政建设具有重要的意义。教师只有不断地进行自我教育,才能不断提高自身素养、能力和水平,将正确的思想、观念和信仰传递给学生。教师的专业能力和思想政治水平的不断提高,将为教师教学形成个性化特色奠定基础,形成特色鲜明的课程思政建设成果。Ideological and political education in specialized courses is of great significance to the cultivation of talents in higher education.As the construction of ideological and political education in specialized courses con⁃tinues to advance,the requirements for teachers will also continue to rise.Simply drawing on relatively mature models of ideological and political education in specialized courses and neglecting teachers’self-education,will not only lead to the similarity of ideological and political education in different specialized courses,but also make students suspicious of ideological and political education due to the inconsistency of teachers’words and deeds.Therefore,teachers’self-education is of great significance to the construction of ideological and political educa⁃tion in specialized courses.Only by constantly carrying out self-education can teachers continuously improve their own quality,ability and level,and pass on correct ideas,concepts and beliefs to students.The continuous im⁃provement of teachers’professional ability and ideological and political level will lay the foundation for the forma⁃tion of individualized characteristics of teachers’teaching,and help them achieve distinctive results in the con⁃struction of ideological and political education in specialized courses.
