双面覆膜竹胶板在墙体模板中的应用研究——以某商业楼项目为例

摘　　要：近年来双面覆膜竹胶板在国内建筑应用中逐渐普及。双面覆膜竹胶板表面平整光滑,密实度好,由于采用全竹席不掺木片和其他杂质,保证竹胶板特胶合强度和韧性符合要求,可应用于工民建混凝土框架、剪力墙等结构模板施工;尤其一些高层和小高层墙体模板工程中应用最广。为此,该文结合金泽商业楼——中德健联康养中心项目工程双面覆膜竹板在该工程墙体模板中的应用情况进行分析和探讨。Double-sided film-coated bamboo plywood has been widely used in domestic buildings in recent years.The surface of double-sided laminated bamboo plywood is smooth and compact.Due to the use of full bamboo mat without wood chips and other impurities,to ensure that the special bonding strength and toughness of bamboo plywood meet the requirements,it can be used in industrial and civil construction concrete frame,shear wall and other structural formwork construction,especially in some high-rise and small high-rise wall formwork engineering.For this reason,this paper analyzes and discusses the application of double-sided film-coated bamboo board in the wall formwork of the project of Jinze Commercial Building--Sino-German Health Union Recreation Center.
