益智游戏对老年结直肠癌手术患者饮食知识及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的评价益智游戏对老年结直肠癌手术患者饮食相关知识和饮食依从性的影响。方法采用方便抽样方法,将2020年2月—10月在本院普外科住院的结直肠癌手术患者45例设为对照组,实施传统饮食健康教育;2020年11月—2021年8月在本院普外科住院的结直肠癌手术患者45例设为观察组,实施益智游戏的饮食健康教育,两组干预时间均从入院到出院,约10~14d。比较干预前后两组患者饮食相关知识得分和依从性得分的差异。结果干预前两组患者饮食相关知识得分和依从性得分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后观察组患者饮食相关知识得分和依从性得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论益智游戏可提升老年结直肠癌手术患者饮食相关知识水平并提高其饮食的依从性,其健康教育效果优于传统的健康教育效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of puzzle games on diet-related knowledge and dietary compliance in elderly patients after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to enrol 45 elderly patients who underwent colorectal surgery in the Department of General Surgery of our hospital between February and October 2020 as the control group,to whom conventional dietary health education was used.Another 45 elderly patients who underwent colorectal surgery in the same department from November 2020 to August 2021 were assigned as the observation group,to whom puzzle games were implemented as dietary health education for about 10~14 days from admission to discharge of hospital.The two groups were compared in terms of diet-related knowledge and adherence scores before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the total scores of diet-related knowledge and compliance between the two groups before the intervention(all P>0.05).However,after the intervention,the total scores of diet-related knowledge and compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Puzzle games used in the dietary health education for elderly patients after colorectal cancer surgery can improve the knowledge on diet and promote the dietary compliance and is better than the traditional health education.It can be put on clinical promotion and application.
