摘　　要：文章从标准研制的背景及意义、内容及特点和需重点关注的问题等方面对《老年居家护理技术规范》团体标准进行了详尽解读,并结合标准的临床应用提出思考,旨在帮助临床护理人员更好地理解和运用标准开展老年人居家护理工作。This article makes a detailed interpretation of the group standard issued by the Guangdong Nursing Association from the aspects of the background,significance,content and characteristics of the development of the standard,as well as the problems that need to be paid attention to,combined with the clinical application of the standard,the author put forward some thoughts,aiming to help the clinical nursing staff to better understand and apply the standard to carry out home nursing work for the elderly.
