摘　　要：目的分析民用机场应急救护能力并提出对策。方法采用发放调查问卷和现场访谈的形式,选取国内某地区24个民用机场的应急救护人员共240人,对应急救护能力、知识和培训需求等问题进行调查,比较分析现存问题的原因并提出策略建议。结果应急救护人员对各维度的掌握情况具有显著差异性,不同岗位人员的掌握情况也存在差异;普遍认为培训不系统不科学。结论应更有针对性地进行机场应急救护能力培训,同时提升培训和演练的投入水平。Objective To analyze the emergency rescue capability and knowledge of all kinds of personnel in the civil airport emergency rescue system,and provide reference for the civil aviation administrative authorities to formulate policies.Methods By using questionnaires and interviews,a total of 240 emergency rescue personnel from 24 civil transport airports in a certain region of China were selected to investigate the capacity,knowledge and training needs of disaster emergency rescue.The causes of the existing problems were compared and analyzed and some suggestions were put forward.Results There were differences for ability and knowledge of the disaster rescue for airport emergency rescue personnel between different dimensions and between different positions of airport emergency rescue personnel.It was generally accepted that training wais not systematic and unscientific.Conclusion It should be strengthen at rescue ability of disaster and knowledge training for a civil airport emergency rescue personnel.This is essential for the construction of system of airport emergency rescue training system and to strengthen the government's investment.
