摘 要:目的研究重度有机磷中毒患者气动气控型呼吸机辅助呼吸配合急救转运的效果分析。方法选取西宁市第二人民医院2018年6月—2021年6月收治的108例重度有机磷中毒患者作为研究对象,将2018年6月—2019年12月收治的患者列入简易组(n=54),将2020年1月—2021年6月收治的患者列入气动气控组(n=54),简易组患者转运期间采用简易呼吸器配合急救转运,而气控组采用气动气控型呼吸机辅助呼吸配合急救转运。对比两组患者转运前后动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸频率、收缩压以及舒张压;对比两组患者转运期间出现的不良事件。结果转运后,两组患者动脉血氧分压和血氧饱和度明显提高,且相比于简易组,气控组显著更高(P<0.05);转运后,气控组患者呼吸频率和心率均低于简易组(P<0.05);转运后,气控组患者收缩压低于简易组,舒张压高于简易组(P<0.05);气控组不良反应发生率1.85%低于简易组12.96%(P<0.05)。结论对于重度有机磷中毒患者的急救转运,气动气控型呼吸机辅助呼吸配合的转运效果明显高于简易呼吸器,且不良事件发生率明显更低。Objective To compare the effects of simple respirator and pneumatically-controlled ventilator in patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning during emergency transport.Methods A total of 108 patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients admitted from June 2018 to December 2019 were included in the simple group(n=54),and the patients admitted from January 2020 to June 2021 were included in the pneumatically-controlled group(n=54).In the simple group,simple respirator was used in combination with emergency transport during transport,while in the pneumaticallycontrolled group,pneumatically ventilator-assisted respiration was used in combination with emergency transport.Arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),oxygen saturation of arterial blood(SaO2),heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and adverse events during transport were observed and recorded.Results Before the devices were operated there were not significant differences in the PaO2 and SaO2,respiratory rate,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure between these 2 groups(all P>0.05).After the devices were operated the values of PaO2 and SaO2 were significantly higher in both groups(both P<0.05),and those of the pneumatically-controlled group were both significantly larger than those of the simple respirator group;the respiratory rate and heart rate of the pneumatically-controlled group were both significantly lower than those of the simple respirator group;the systolic blood pressure of the pneumatically-controlled group was significantly lower,and the diastolic blood pressure of the pneumatically-controlled group was significantly than that of the simple respirator group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the pneumatically-controlled group(1.85%)was lower than that in the simple group(12.96%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple respirator,application of pneumatically-cont
