徐州医科大学急救与救援医学专业毕业生在医疗机构就业的现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解急救与救援医学专业毕业生在医疗机构的就业现状及发展方向,为完善人才培养模式、优化就业指导提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对徐州医科大学急救与救援医学专业2005至2020届本科毕业生、2007至2020届硕士毕业生在医疗机构的就业现状进行问卷调查。结果目前72.8%的本科毕业生、71.2%的硕士毕业生为中级及以上职称;63.2%的本科毕业生、73.1%的硕士毕业生收入水平超过10000元,总体收入水平较高;工作满意度居于一般水平,尤以工作强度、薪酬水平、职业提升情况满意度较低。结论急救与救援医学专业毕业生总体就业情况良好,但亟待提升科研能力,急需业务进修、学术交流平台。应进一步加强专业思想教育,培养科研创新能力。Objective To understand the employment status and development direction of medical graduates majoring in emergency and rescue medicine in medical institutions,so as to provide scientific basis for improving talent training mode and optimizing employment guidance.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the employment status of undergraduates from 2005 to 2020,and postgraduates from 2007 to 2020,majoring in emergency medicine of Xuzhou Medical University.Results At present,72.8%of undergraduate and 71.2%of postgraduates had intermediate professional title or above.63.2%of undergraduate and 73.1%of postgraduates earned more than 10,000 Yuan,indicating a high overall income level.Job satisfaction was at average level,especially in salary level,working intensity and career promotion.Conclusion The overall employment situation of medical graduates is promising,but it is urgent to improve scientific research ability,professional training and academic exchange platform.It is important to further strengthen the professional ideological education and cultivate the ability of scientific research innovation.
