摘　　要：心源性猝死是一项重要的全球性公共安全卫生问题。目前,我国心源性猝死的死亡人数仍位居世界首位,呈逐年上升且年轻化趋势。其中院外心脏骤停患者心肺复苏(Cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)实施率低于5%,成功率低于1%。在院外突发紧急情况下,我国专业急救人员无法在短短的4分钟黄金时间内及时赶到施救。如果现场目击者能在第一时间内紧急施救将可以挽救患者的生命。国内专家呼吁,应在公共场所执勤的警察、保安等特殊人群中率先普及心肺复苏等急救知识和技能,使其在突发事件现场能在第一时间内实施有效的心肺复苏。保安人员由于其工作的特殊性,需要在公共场所24小时值守,常常成为心脏骤停事发现场的第一目击者之一,往往也是第一时间的发现者和施救者。如果他们掌握急救知识与技能,拥有积极的信念和态度,能够在第一时间及时实施心肺复苏,将有效提高患者的抢救成功率和生存率,降低患者死亡率。然而,目前国内保安人员这一特殊群体心肺复苏的相关研究鲜见报道。对保安人员心肺复苏相关研究做如下综述,为我国开展针对性的保安人员心肺复苏培训普及提供参考与借鉴。Sudden cardiac death is an important global public safety and health problem.At present,the total number of sudden cardiac deaths in our country is the highestin the world.In recent years,the death rate of cardiac arrest have been increasing year by year and younger.The implementation rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)for out of hospital cardiac arrest patients is lower than 5%,and the success rate is less than 1%.In case of an emergency outside the hospital,professional first responders in our country cannot rush to the rescue in a short four-minute prime time.If witness at the scene can provide emergency rescue in the first time,the patient's life can be saved.Domestic experts call for taking the lead in popularizing first aid knowledge and skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation among special groups such as police and security guards on duty in public places,so that they can implement effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the first time at the scene.Due to the particularity of their work,security guards need to be on duty in 24 hours a day,and often become one of the first witnesses at the scene of cardiac arrest in public places.If they master first-aid knowledge and skills,with positive beliefs and attitudes,and can implement CPR in the first time,it will effectively increase the rescue success rate and survival rate of patients,and reduce the mortality rate of patients.However,at present,there are few reports on the research related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation of security guards in China.
