延续性护理在青少年马蹄内翻足患者外固定器矫形中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析对马蹄内翻足青少年患者在外固定器矫形时行延续性护理的效果。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年5月宁夏医科大学总医院收治的76例进行外固定器矫形的马蹄内翻足青少年患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,参照组38例用常规护理,观察组38例采用延续性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组的并发症发生率低于参照组;观察组的护理满意度高于参照组,观察组患者的复诊率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 延续性护理干预后,患者的并发症减少,满意度提高。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing care for adolescent patients with talipes equinovarus during external fixation.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,76 adolescent patients with talipes equinovarus who were treated with external fixators in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.38 cases in the reference group were treated with routine nursing and 38 cases in the observation group were treated with continuous nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the follow-up rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference groupwith a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The complications of continuous nursing patients were reduced and their satisfaction was improved.
