摘　　要：孤立性髂动脉瘤有罕见、隐匿性强、随时出现破裂、形成血栓及神经压迫等特征,通常有较高的死亡率。由于孤立性髂动脉瘤患者的症状通常被掩盖,因此早期诊断及治疗对于保障患者的生命安全意义重大。基于此,本文对孤立性髂动脉瘤的致病因素、现代医学影像技术诊断及腔内治疗的研究进展进行概述。Isolated iliac artery aneurysm are rare and occult.Patients may have symptoms such as rupture at any time,form thrombosis,and nerve compression.They usually have a high mortality rate.As the symptoms of patients with isolated iliac aneurysms are often masked,early diagnosis and treatment are of great importance to safeguard the lives of patients.Based on this,this article provides an overview of the causative factors of isolated iliac aneurysms,modern medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and research advances in endovascular treatment.
